An online article that's supposed to be available not showing up.

Sometimes the date coverage in a database is not set correctly and the article isn't there. 

If that is what happened you can request an Interlibrary Loan/ILL to get the article. 

Let us know the article title, author, journal title, year published, volume, and pages so we can correct the information so it doesn't happen again.
