You'll need to contact OIT to resolve a problem with your GoPrint account.
If it's not an account problem, a common problem that students have while trying to use GoPrint on a public computer is sometimes a student will walk away from a computer without logging out, then a different student will sit down at that computer and start using it while it's still logged in as that first student.
If that second student then tries to print, and the GoPrint login doesn't match the login for the computer itself, GoPrint won't work; it'll state that there are no print jobs. Log out of the computer and log in under your account.
