Yes! If you live in St. Mary's, Charles, or Calvert county you can get a library card. Please bring an ID to the circulation desk and fill out the local patron registration form.
Your card allows you to check out physical items in Library - like books and DVD's - and use interlibrary loan (ILL) . If you would like to use the databases or other electronic resources, ask someone at the circulation desk to log you into a computer as a guest. Access to databases and electronic resources is restricted to on campus for community members.
If you need to park on campus, visit Public Safety's parking permit page to request a free visitor parking pass which allows you to park in any lot marked Visitor except Lot O (Admissions), and the DPC parking lot.
