Why isn't my print job showing up in GoPrint?

Check that you are logged into the computer with your SMCM account. GoPrint is tied to your SMCM account, so both the computer and GoPrint log ins must match to print.

Your SMCM account log in is your email address before the @ symbol (ex: jadoe@smcm.edu, log in is jadoe) and your email password.

On Windows:

• Click the Start / Windows icon in bottom tool bar
• The name of the account currently logged in will appear at the top of the Start menu
• If this is not your account, log out by clicking the account name to sign out, then sign in using your SMCM account

On Mac:

• Click the Apple icon in the top tool bar
• The name of the account currently logged in will appear at the bottom of the menu
• If this is not your account, log out by clicking the account name to sign out, then sign in using your SMCM account
