Does SMCM have an online subscription to the Washington Post?

All staff, faculty, and currently-enrolled students at SMCM can register for access to washingtonpost.com. Once activated, you can access the Washington Post on any device and/or the Washington Post app.

*For new accounts created as of August 6, 2024:*

At the Washington Post site, click Sign in in the upper right corner.
Scroll down to "Need an account? Sign up."
Click on Sign up and enter your smcm.edu email address.
Follow the prompts to verify your email address and activate your subscription access in one step.

*For accounts created earlier than August 6, 2024:*

At the Washington Post site, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
Click Account Settings.
Verify your email by clicking on "Send verification email." If your email address has already been verified, you won't see this prompt.
Click over to the Subscription & Billing tab in My Post.
Click Activate free digital access.
