I can't log into GoPrint with my username and password

You'll need to contact OIT to resolve a problem with your GoPrint account.

You can stop by their help desk (same place you got your student ID OneCard) or call them at (240) 895-4357. They are open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

In the meantime, if you need something printed, ask at the Library Circulation desk and we can help with that.
